Liver Care Housing currently has 24 units of accommodation in the L9, L4, L20 and L21 areas of Liverpool — a mix of HMO properties and self-contained flats.
We work closely with Local Authorities and health professionals. Applications are made through your social worker — unfortunately you cannot self-refer.
How the process works
- Your social worker contacts us on 0151 474 1090 or [email protected].
- The Local Authority confirms that you require accommodation with support.
- We request background information and consider whether we can meet your needs in any available vacancy.
- If suitable, we arrange a face-to-face assessment with our Registered Manager or Housing Officer.
- If the assessment is successful, you’ll be invited to view the property with your social worker and, if you wish, a family member.
- If all parties agree the placement is appropriate, we discuss the level of support required and a Local Authority Care Plan is agreed before any move-in date.
